We would like to introduce a case where we implemented Techman robots at Oogami Co., Ltd. to achieve machine tending for a press machine. 【Challenges Before Implementation】 ■ If the mold is not compatible with the automatic machine, significant modifications to the mold are necessary to make it compatible. ■ We want to avoid major layout changes when automating. ■ There can be slight misalignments of a few millimeters when setting the mold. ■ Can we accommodate small-batch production of various types? 【Benefits of Implementation】 ■ Since the robot can handle and set the mold according to its specifications, we were able to minimize the necessary modifications to the mold. ■ The ability to move allows for flexible operations. ■ With a camera installed, automatic position correction is possible. ■ The robot can operate without restrictions. ■ Programming is easy, and since it is mobile, we can accommodate small-batch production of various types without changing the factory's production system. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
