Water PPP Park-PFI "Busta" concession
Our company will hold a business seminar. Since the enactment of the PFI Act in 1999, the number of PPP/PFI/concession projects has steadily increased, and the types of public facilities involved have also expanded. In recent years, new methods different from traditional ones have been introduced to further utilize private funding and expertise. This seminar will focus on the increasingly diverse methods of PPP/PFI/concessions, particularly the "Water PPP (water supply and sewage)," "Park-PFI (urban parks)," and "Busta concession (roads)," which have recently garnered significant attention. Through an overview of the project schemes and key points for consideration, we will provide foundational knowledge for participation in these projects.
