The "e-menu Ticket" is a tablet-based vending machine that outputs a single meal ticket, including any inquiries, achieving a significant reduction in order time. [Introduced at Takahashi's Grilled Dried Bonito Salt Ramen] It was implemented with the aim of improving quality and service speed. By installing order terminals at 12 tables and using a self-service register, we achieved a system with zero hall staff and four kitchen staff. This reduced order time, allowing for many simultaneous orders, while the four-person kitchen team also shortened the service time, resulting in an improved table turnover rate.
