Fourth case in the country of LEED Gold certification and Good Design Award.
Suzumori Village, built in Wako City, Saitama Prefecture. The first floor is made of reinforced concrete, while the second and third floors are wooden, creating a mixed-structure building. The first floor houses multiple tenants, and the second and third floors consist of high-performance wooden rental apartments. The lush, forest-like exterior design pays careful attention to each individual planting. The second floor features a deck connecting six buildings and is equipped with an elevator.
