Forming a waterproof layer inside concrete! Inorganic permeable concrete waterproofing and protective material.
We would like to introduce the mechanism of the "Inner Coat" that we handle. This agent penetrates into the voids and pores of concrete through capillary pressure and concentration diffusion. The main components, colloidal sodium and colloidal potassium particles, block the voids and pores, reacting with calcium hydroxide inside the concrete to form C-S-H gel. Due to the physical action of the colloidal particles, it is effective even on existing concrete with low calcium hydroxide content. Subsequently, it modifies the concrete into a dense structure that does not allow water or degrading factors to pass through, forming a stable and powerful waterproof protective layer. 【Features】 ■ Waterproof guarantee ■ Years of construction experience ■ No change in design ■ No peeling or bubbling; can be reapplied during renovation ■ Durability of approximately 15 to 20 years *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We modify concrete and joint cement to prevent the passage of water and deterioration factors by using our developed products, "Inner Coat" and "HB Seal." For civil engineering applications, we have developed "RCG Inner Silica" and the newly confirmed "RCG Inner Silica α." The coloring fades and loses color due to sunlight, so the aesthetics and landscape after construction do not change. Additionally, for exterior wall tiles that have deteriorated over time, we have started to handle the "Makuhari Newton Method," a technology that forms a strong transparent coating to prevent damage from falling exterior wall tiles to third parties. For waterproofing and deterioration prevention of concrete and tile finishes, please consult RCG Japan Co., Ltd. first.
