Concrete Polishing For newly installed concrete: Smooth out the surface trowel marks, trowel lines, and fine irregularities to create a surface without roughness. For renovated concrete: Further smooth the surface that has been made even from the previous grinding process, eliminating grinding marks and fine irregularities to create a surface without roughness. ◆3. Penetrating Surface Hardener Seal Hard This is a concrete surface hardener that "penetrates" rather than "coats." It provides strong dust resistance and wear resistance to the concrete. Since it does not create a film on the concrete surface but densifies and strengthens the internal layers, it results in a concrete floor finish that is free from peeling. ◆4. Water Absorption Inhibitor (Water Repellent) Aquapel Plus This is a concrete surface water absorption inhibitor (water repellent) that "penetrates" rather than "coats."
