Normal crushing materials are processed in the priority mode for processing volume! The high-speed and low-speed shafts can be switched alternately.
We are introducing a video that shows the crushing of "nets" using our crusher. Please take a look at the YouTube video in the middle of the page. <Introduction to the Crusher> The "LION NST-222-VC" is a crusher that can control the direction and speed of the low-speed shaft's rotation (vectoring) to prevent the high-speed shaft from stopping due to overload. It is capable of crushing difficult materials such as ropes and fishing nets. The main materials used are special steel, alloy steel, and SS400, and the high-speed and low-speed shafts can be switched alternately. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with cutter vectoring mode ■ Capable of crushing difficult materials such as ropes and fishing nets ■ Normal mode prioritizes processing volume for regular crushing materials *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Since our establishment in 1937, we have been engaged in the design and manufacturing of machinery in the heavy industry and chemical industry sectors. We have our own machining and canning factories, and we respond to various machining and plant equipment design and manufacturing requests according to our customers' needs. Our in-house product, the Lion Shredder, is supplied to municipalities and private waste disposal companies for the crushing of large waste, and we take pride in being a pioneer in the industry. We also provide repair and maintenance services for shredders from other manufacturers, addressing the concerns of our customers. Additionally, we design and manufacture surrounding equipment such as trommels, vibrating screens, and conveyors in-house. In machining, we are particularly well-regarded for our cutting processing of medium to large castings, with numerous achievements to our name.
