Improvement of workability in the alignment process during glass cutter manufacturing GOKO EV-6HD
Multi-Distance Scope GOKO EV-6HD
Until now, I have been working while peering through a magnifying glass, but aligning to the order of tens of microns has become significantly easier.
Web URL:https://www.gokocamera.com/en/case-studies/industrial/06.php "Case Study" - During the manufacturing of glass cutters at Astelatec Co., Ltd., precise alignment at the micron level is required. To improve the workability of scale positioning, they decided to introduce GOKO's microscope, the GOKO EV-6HD. Before the introduction of GOKO's multi-distance scope, they were working while peering through a magnifying glass, but with the introduction of the GOKO EV-6HD, they are now able to align positions while checking a computer monitor. They commented, "It has become significantly easier to work since we were previously peering through a magnifying glass." - The GOKO EV-6HD is a microscope designed to alleviate eye strain for observers during manufacturing by providing bright, clear images and seamless, smooth screen movement. This allows for precise visual observation without stress.
