As a cloud service, there is no need for server or database management; it can be accessed from anywhere using devices like PCs, tablets, and smartphones with a browser. A significant feature of GEN is the non-programming "Boost function," which allows for customization of standard features. Additionally, "liberation from vendors" means that while our consultants provide detailed support related to business operations during the implementation of GEN, the system itself is designed with a "simple master" and an easy-to-learn "Boost function," enabling customers to prepare for operations themselves and to add or customize functions in a timely manner even after going live.
