The current regulations regarding PFAS are as follows: Complete regulation: PFOS, PFOA, and precursors of PFHxS are subject to regulation for almost all applications. Planned regulation in Europe: PFHxA is prohibited for use in the following limited applications: textiles, leather, paper, food packaging, shoes, etc. For PFAS other than the above (organic fluorinated compounds), it has been considered that there are no impacts on the environment or human health in the past. There is no evidence that substances other than the currently regulated PFAS are harmful, and due to the significant impact on industries such as semiconductors and automobiles if regulations were to be imposed, regulation in Europe is currently under consideration. This regulation is expected to be reduced in the future, and the compounds and applications subject to regulation have not yet been determined. Some fluorochemical manufacturers have announced the discontinuation of their products; however, our products are currently not subject to regulation, so we do not plan to halt supply. The functionality continues even after wiping with tissues or similar materials. Additionally, when applied to molds for resin forming, it exhibits excellent release properties. 【Water and Oil Repellency】 The fluorine film demonstrates water and oil repellency, providing various benefits such as preventing the rise of grease and diffusion. 【Moisture Resistance and Insulation】 The thin film exhibits protective functions such as moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, and resistance to lithium battery electrolytes. It is ideal for waterproofing and insulation protection of electronic components and for moisture-proof and waterproof coatings on printed circuit boards. 【Low Refractive Index】 It forms a film with a low refractive index, which is effective in reducing reflected light and improving transmitted light. 【Low Friction】 The fluorine-coated surface has a dry film, achieving a low friction surface with a friction coefficient of 0.1 or less. *Our products are industrial chemical products, and we cannot provide samples for personal use (in cases without corporate status), medical use, or applications involving contact with food.
