A case that prevented the outflow of smoking customers and created a space where both smokers and non-smokers can comfortably coexist.

We would like to introduce a case study of our "Smoke Clear Smart Mini" implemented at the Shibuya branch of Four Monya. At this location, there has been an increase in customers asking, "Can I smoke here?" When informed that smoking is not allowed, some customers chose to leave, which often left the staff feeling frustrated. To address this, we installed our product by converting two tables and four seats in the back of the store.
