Innovation in installation construction! Achieving a method that eliminates the need for foundation anchor box cutouts.
The "3D Liner" is a long-length anchor-integrated liner that allows for machine installation work without the need for anchor box cutouts in the machine foundation. It was developed with the aim of completing foundation work (excluding grouting and mortar finishing) in one concrete pour by setting the equipment's attached anchor bolts simultaneously with the rebar assembly, thereby eliminating the box cutout process. By directly driving the anchor part of this product into the slab (post-installed anchor), it allows for the setting of the equipment installation height during the foundation rebar work. Additionally, we also offer "anchor-integrated liners," "screw-type flat liners," and "small anchor-integrated liners." 【Features】 ■ No box cutouts ■ Only one concrete pour required ■ Easy liner adjustment ■ Shortened construction period *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
