At Kajima Corporation, we have introduced our smart key box to the construction site office. Previously, we duplicated and distributed keys for the number of workers, but we have now implemented a system where the smart key box is hung on the doorknob, and the keys are placed inside it. As a result, there is no longer a need to duplicate and distribute keys, and we have also been able to obtain unlocking history (i.e., entry and exit records) at a low cost. Additionally, by installing our smart padlocks in material storage areas at construction sites, which have seen an increase in thefts recently, we can also contribute to theft prevention measures.
