The "RxxC1TFxxS" is a DC/DC converter housed in an ultra-compact 12-pad LGA package measuring just 5×4×1.18mm. It features 3kVAC/1 second isolation and selectable 3.3V or 5V output, with an input range of 3 to 5V and an output current of 200mA, rated for a full 1W at 5V. It can deliver 100% power up to an ambient temperature of 80°C and operates with derating up to a maximum of 125°C.
