Transport 3-axis impact acceleration temperature and humidity recorder / Model number MC7GR-100dG
Ease of use like never before, with performance and price that have never been seen.
Ideal for recording vibration and shock from drops or collisions of transported items. By incorporating a super small 3-axis accelerometer developed through micromachine technology, we have achieved ultimate miniaturization and low cost. The MC7GR-100dG/MC7GL-100dG/MC7GPS-100dG can record 3-axis static acceleration values of up to 100G with a minimum sampling period of 1 msec. The device also includes a temperature and humidity sensor, recording changes in 3-axis acceleration, temperature, and humidity over time. The recorded data can be easily transferred to a computer via the device's USB interface using the standard application included, allowing for immediate graph display and printing. Additionally, the recorded data can be saved in CSV format, enabling data analysis tailored to measurement purposes using spreadsheet software. The MC7GPS-100dG, equipped with a GPS module, is particularly suitable for quality assurance of transported items, as it captures and records the date, time, and acceleration values of damage or destruction caused by drops or collisions during transport, which was previously difficult to identify. The MC7GL-100dG (Bluetooth-enabled) allows for measurement conditions to be set, and recording can be started or stopped from a smartphone, with various settings easily checked on the smartphone screen.
