We would like to introduce a case study of the "Katsusui-ki Direka" that we handle, implemented in linen/laundry services. At "Mamma Chao" MIS, the Direka was introduced with the aim of creating an eco-laundry that reduces detergent and water usage. As a result, they were able to reduce detergent usage by approximately 75% and decrease the number of rinses, leading to a 50% reduction in required time.
