Disclosing know-how to quickly seize opportunities: Next-generation "revenue-generating PPP projects" that should be participated in.
Our company will hold a seminar titled "Key Points for Creating Proposals in Revenue-Based PPP Projects." The era when traditional PPPs were mainstream has ended, and the introduction of concessions and further PPP projects has begun, along with the emergence of new methods such as LABV. As new methods tailored to each project are introduced, relying solely on past know-how has made accurate project analysis difficult. What projects present significant revenue opportunities? What should be considered to realize revenue? What is the level of risk, and are there any mitigation strategies? What proposals are required? The know-how regarding these questions will be the key to the success of future revenue-based PPP projects. From both public and private perspectives, we will provide know-how focused on several points regarding revenue-based PPP projects, enabling participants to quickly and multifacetedly assess whether a project is worth participating in and what the key points for proposal creation are. 【Seminar Details】 ■ Date and Time: August 8 (Thursday) 13:30-15:30 (Doors open at 13:00) ■ Address: 5-2-32 Minamiazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Kowa Hiroo Building ■ Speaker: Nobuyoshi Takagi, Pacific Consultants Co., Ltd. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
