A soft-seal partition valve that can be piped with EF joints, using boltless connections for polyethylene pipes for water supply. Available with both sleeve insertion ports and EF single receiving ports.
The soft-seal shut-off valve, which can be connected using EF joints, is designed for water distribution and features boltless connections with polyethylene pipes that meet the JWWA K 144 standard for diameters of 50 to 150 mm and the PTC K 03 standard for 200 mm, providing excellent seismic resistance. The main body of the shut-off valve is based on Excel Pro, which conforms to JWWA B120, and includes a 'stem lock function' to prevent valve damage due to over-torque. 【Features】 - The polyethylene pipe and soft-seal shut-off valve are securely joined using a sleeve, providing strength that can withstand detachment forces exceeding the breaking strength of the polyethylene pipe. - It allows for piping connections using EF joints, which have a wealth of proven performance and reliability. - The structure eliminates the flange on the valve rod, instead incorporating a thrust collar that prevents damage from over-tightening of the cap, utilizing the stem lock function. If excessive torque occurs, the friction resistance of the thrust collar stops the rotation of the valve rod, preventing damage to the valve rod and the threaded portion. - The slim design and sharp-edged rubber valve seat exhibit high sealing performance. - By eliminating flanges for the valve box and lid tightening, it has become lighter than conventional products, improving portability and workability.
