We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the deodorizing and disinfecting mist shower 'HAL・SHOWER' at Mitsubishi Estate Property Management Co., Ltd., Yokohama Branch. In 2022, when the company began considering the introduction, the number of users at the smoking area had significantly decreased due to the COVID-19 pandemic, making immediate implementation difficult. Therefore, we proposed a trial installation, and a trial was conducted. After installation, the usage exceeded expectations, and several general affairs personnel from various tenants took photos of the device and created guides to encourage smokers within their companies to use it.
