We would like to introduce a case study of the uniform rental system implemented at Sweet Pia, a nursing care facility. At this facility, maintaining the hygiene of uniforms was a challenge due to the environment where difficult-to-remove stains and invisible dirt could adhere, such as during meal assistance and toilet assistance. As a result of the implementation, we received feedback that the benefits, such as always being able to wear clean uniforms and the reassurance of size exchanges and repairs, outweighed the costs, and the burden of laundry was significantly reduced.
