We would like to introduce a case study of the uniform rental system implemented at the Omachi Factory of Oote Manju Ibe-ya. The company believes that a rental system, which ensures that uniforms are cleaned to a certain standard, is suitable for maintaining a consistent quality as a company, and thus adopted this system. The design was custom-made to ensure functionality that allows employees to work comfortably, from the zippers to the rubber used in the inner garments. Each time a sample was created, employees tried it on, and their feedback and opinions were collected to finalize the uniforms.
