We would like to introduce a case study of the uniform rental system implemented by Happy Company, Inc., which develops planning and manufacturing of food and miscellaneous goods as well as a comprehensive wholesale business. The company adopted this hygienic system with regular cleaning and chose uniforms that can address foreign matter intrusion as part of crisis management for food factories. However, due to the thickness of the uniforms, staff reported that they were "hot," leading to a model change to a cool-type uniform.
