Introducing a case study on operational support for system equipment at major telecommunications carrier shops.
I was responsible for the maintenance of customer support terminals and the management of equipment relocation at a major telecommunications carrier with shops nationwide. As maintenance for customer support terminals frequently arose, there was a shortage of manpower, and an increase in staff was requested. Additionally, there were parts of the Excel files and data servers managing the relocation history of thousands of devices that were not up to date, and there was a request for comparison and updates with the latest information. In terms of maintenance, I handled the collection of malfunctioning terminals, verification of faults, preparation and shipping of replacements, and also took charge of creating manuals due to a lack of information regarding the maintenance process. [Challenges] ■ Insufficient manpower for the maintenance of customer support terminals ■ Updating information in Excel files and data servers *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
