We would like to introduce a case of "void filling work" that we conducted. The construction site is the first-floor hall of a student dormitory at a police academy in Miyagi Prefecture. Due to the impact of the Great East Japan Earthquake, voids developed beneath the hall, necessitating filling work. The construction area was approximately 45m², with a maximum void depth of 180mm.
