Team building and partnership strategies among different industries for orders related to urban parks and community centers.
Our company will hold a seminar on the latest trends in public-private partnerships in public spaces, titled "Latest Trends in Park-PFI." Parks have primarily been developed and managed by local governments based on the Urban Park Law. However, since the legal revision in 2017, there has been an active introduction of public-private partnerships (Park-PFI), accelerating the entry of private companies into park development and management. In this seminar, a management consultant with experience at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism will discuss not only the fundamentals of public-private partnership systems in public spaces such as urban parks, community centers, and libraries, but also the latest project trends, inter-industry team building, and the park concepts that will be necessary in the future. 【Seminar Details】 ■ Date and Time: July 1, 2024 (Monday) 13:30 - 15:30 (Doors open at 13:00) ■ Venue: JPI Conference Square ■ Address: 5-2-32 Minamiazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Kowa Hiroo Building ■ Participation Method: In-person, live streaming, archived streaming ■ Speaker: Yuuki Katagiri, Senior Researcher, Center for Future Creation, Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
