■ Operation of an integrated database based on facility ledgers is possible - Facility ledgers are consolidated on FM-Integration based on IFC data converted from BIM and data from BEMS. This service enables asset management, drawing management, planning of regular inspections, and consideration of long-term repair plans. ■ Building Ledger: Display building information in a BIM model - A list of facilities registered on the building ledger screen. Information such as the year of completion, structure, number of floors, and area can be retrieved. ■ Equipment Ledger: Display information on equipment registered for each facility - The equipment ledger screen allows viewing of information on equipment registered in the ledger of each facility. By selecting the desired equipment from the list below, detailed information is displayed above. If you attach PDF files, you can also view user manuals and other documents. - There is a search function; for example, if you input "outdoor unit," it will filter and list equipment that includes "outdoor unit" in its name. ■ Creation and simulation of long-term repair plans - By pre-setting unit price information for the equipment registered in the ledger, a planning table is automatically created based on information regarding the timing and cost of repairs or replacements. ■ Developer: FM System Co., Ltd.
