Data collection and accumulation from RFID devices, along with the visualization of the collected data, realized through cloud services!
Feature 1: No Development Required for RFID Control RFID devices are autonomous, so PC control and software development are unnecessary. RFID can be easily implemented as one of the IoT edge devices. RFID devices compatible with MQTT communication send the read data to the cloud. Feature 2: Data Collection We provide an IoT platform as a cloud service. If you can connect to the internet, you can accumulate IC tag data in the cloud. Feature 3: API Service Data accumulated in the cloud can be retrieved via API. It can be easily utilized in dashboard displays and higher-level systems. Feature 4: Visualization We provide a standard dashboard that allows you to analyze work performance using a web browser. - Average work time per process - Work time aggregation by line - Average work time ratio by worker, etc.

basic information
Utilization Scene By simply placing a work instruction document with an IC tag, work performance data is collected. Autonomous readers are installed at each process to read the IC tags. When placed, the reader sends "IN" information, and when taken, it sends "OUT" information to the cloud. The accumulated work performance data can be used for aggregation and analysis using BI tools and other methods.

Company information
Founded in 1894 as a textile company, Takaya Textile expanded and established its electronics division in 1966, starting the assembly of transistor radios. Today, in addition to contract manufacturing services (EMS) related to electronic devices, the company actively manufactures and sells various electronics, including in-circuit testers (printed circuit board inspection devices) and RFID (a technology that enables information exchange through short-range wireless communication from tags containing IC information), as well as IT consulting and system solutions, both domestically and internationally. We continue to evolve as a corporate group that contributes to societal development, with textiles and electronics as our dual pillars.
