The Sky Promenade is a waterproofing method that does not require regular maintenance. While conventional waterproofing requires maintenance every 5 to 10 years, the Sky Promenade is fundamentally maintenance-free. (Please note that drain cleaning is required.) Additionally, due to partnerships with major insurance companies, it comes with a 10-year warranty for standard specifications and a 30-year warranty for high-grade specifications.
