We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "TM-RoBo," which we handle, at Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The impetus for the implementation was the expansion of the business, which led to an increase in the number of trademark applications and investigations. It was becoming difficult to manage operations with the existing personnel alone, making business improvement necessary. After the implementation, the efficiency of investigations significantly improved, with the speed of investigations increasing considerably.
