Detailed information
-
Macrocell Countermeasure Construction: Patch Guard Method 1) For the cross-section repair boundary, drill into the existing concrete and insert the sacrificial anode material. 2) Wrap the binding wire of the sacrificial anode material around the internal steel reinforcement of the concrete and secure it using a tie wrap. 3) Perform normal backfilling. For detailed construction information, please refer to the "Standard Construction Manual."
-
【Preventive Maintenance】 Patch Guard Connect Method 1) Drill holes into the concrete surface to be protected from rust and insert sacrificial anode material. 2) Connect the sacrificial anode material with wire and attach the wire to the internal steel reinforcement of the concrete at the designated position based on the design. 3) Backfill the drilled holes, wire embedding trenches, and steel connection points. For detailed construction information, please refer to the "Standard Construction Manual."

Our division is engaged in repair work, reinforcement work, and repair design. Due to recent changes in the natural environment, the durability of structures has significantly deteriorated, leading to an increase in the number of structures requiring repairs. Additionally, with changes in seismic standards, there has been a rapid increase in reinforcement work for existing structures. The era is shifting from scrap and build to maintenance.
