【Wastewater Treatment】To all those struggling with core-drilled wastewater and sludge treatment! Good news.
You can handle larger flocks more easily! Here are some examples of flock processing.
We would like to introduce a case where we performed "flocculation treatment." In the case of core-drilled wastewater, after neutralizing and coagulating with an alkaline type of water clarifier, we added oil floc. The result was that the aggregates became larger, and a floc that could be sufficiently filtered with a cotton handkerchief was produced. Additionally, the same result was achieved even when mixed in. For those dissatisfied with fine concrete that does not settle over time or flocs after pH adjustment, please give it a try. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - Core-drilled wastewater is highly alkaline and difficult to discharge. - Contains concrete powder as well. ■ Results - The aggregates became larger, resulting in a floc that could be sufficiently filtered with a cotton handkerchief. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
