Our company will hold a seminar on the "Machida City Monorail Line Urban Development Concept" in Tokyo. The extension of the Tama City Monorail towards Machida has been recognized as a "significant project" in the recommendations of the National Council for Transport Policy. The extension route has also been selected by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's review committee. Moving forward, urban development in the areas along the monorail line is essential for ensuring the stable viability of the monorail project. The "Monorail Line Urban Development Concept" introduced today has been formulated through collaboration between Machida City and Tama City, which are both along the same line. This concept aims to promote urban development in the areas along the line and address challenges, working towards realizing the vision of the cities that Tama City and Machida City aspire to become. We will promote initiatives based on this concept and aim for the early realization of the extension of the Tama City Monorail towards Machida.
