We spoke with the person in charge who had a sense of challenge regarding the creation of a system that is actively proposed and led by the field. Originally, we had been promoting initiatives to gather ideas from nurses on the ground, but we had been feeling challenges in terms of sustainability and cultural establishment. This is because it tends to become formalized easily or only involve a limited number of people.
