Our company will hold a seminar titled "Revisions to the Urban Green Space Act and the Creation of New Value for Urban Development GX." Compared to major cities around the world, the availability and ratio of green spaces in Japan's large cities are low. Therefore, we aim to revise the Urban Green Space Act and other related laws for urban development GX, secure urban green spaces under national leadership, actively preserve and renew urban green spaces through the establishment of nationally designated corporations, and attract private investment through the introduction of a certification system. In collaboration with the Ministry of the Environment, we aim to create new value that includes not only increasing spaces and greenery in urban areas but also fostering human connections. Promoting urban greening is not only a concern for those involved in urban development but also a challenge for the residents and, ultimately, for all of Japan. We will provide detailed explanations of the government's response to these challenges and future directions.
