High hermeticity: Below 1x10-10 [Pa･m3/S] (leakage amount in He gas) Heat resistance temperature: Below 350 [℃] (baking temperature, in inert gas or vacuum) 200 [℃] (continuous use temperature) *Please contact us as this varies by product. High electrical insulation: We use ceramic as the insulating material. Special products: We accept new designs and manufacturing. We accept new designs and manufacturing regardless of quantity.
