IPX4 splash-proof, ear-hook type professional specification earphone microphone compatible with all Alinco transceivers using a 4-pole screw-in plug.
The EME-914MA (EME914MA) is a waterproof, ear-hook type professional earphone microphone manufactured by Alinco (ALINCO) with an IPX4 rating. It can be used with various Alinco 4-pole screw-type plug radios. This is a professional-grade earphone microphone. The microphone part is designed for everyday waterproofing with an IPX4 rating, which helps prevent water ingress from the switch area. The earphone features a large ear cap design that is comfortable for long-term use and less likely to cause ear pain, and the cable is a durable twisted cord. The earphone connection connector is φ2.5mm. The microphone comes with a windscreen to reduce wind noise. There is a rotating clip on the back of the microphone part that allows it to be secured to the chest. The PTT has a locking function. There is no microphone gain switch.
