We would like to introduce the design and manufacturing of press molds conducted at Morishita Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd. At our company, we use CAD/CAM systems and CAE simulation systems to design press mold drawings and create machining data, thereby designing molds. We produce NC data for machining from the mold manufacturing drawings and process them using machining centers and wire-cut electric discharge machines.
