The newly designed IOW centrifugal oil separator can significantly impact engine lifespan, oil change intervals, and many other long-term benefits within organizations by efficiently removing more harmful contaminants from lubricating oil than any other pressure-driven centrifuge in the world. The patented centrifugal oil separator from the IOW Group comes standard with a sludge monitoring system (separator control unit) and features a unique bowl disc technology that was previously used in conventional large centrifuges. A thorough evaluation was conducted during a preliminary site inspection to seamlessly integrate the IOW Group's oil separator into the engine of a CAT 390F excavator and connect the supply circuit of the filter system to the engine's lubricating oil piping. After the initial 700 hours of operation, the IOW MP090 underwent maintenance, and several observations were made. Average RPM: 5800 Sludge cake thickness: 11mm Total amount of contaminants: 475g This test was conducted with newly replaced engine oil and demonstrated how efficiently the MP090 removes harmful microparticles circulating throughout the engine.
