The NWST series was developed to sterilize heat-resistant acidophilic bacteria, TAB, and other microorganisms in beverage manufacturing lines and sugar factories. 【Achieving high sterilization efficiency through the combination of long-life low-pressure UV lamps and electronic stabilizers】 Thanks to its special structure, it efficiently sterilizes heat-resistant bacteria, heat-resistant acidophilic bacteria, TAB, and other microorganisms contained in target liquids with low ultraviolet light transmittance, such as liquid sugar. By connecting to piping lines and other fittings, it allows for easy sterilization of target liquids and is used in beverage manufacturing lines and sugar factories. (An installation example is shown in the image on the left.) Unlike flow-type UV sterilization devices for water, the ultraviolet transmittance varies depending on the type and concentration of sugar solution, so we select the equipment in consultation with our customers.
