Conventional channel letters with borders always come with an inner ear to secure the resin that serves as the light-emitting surface. This doubles the labor involved and impacts delivery times and costs. Our company has completely eliminated this inner ear and instead secures the letters with specially bent sheet metal. This has enabled us to achieve fast production at a low cost. Available for both outdoor and indoor use. The light-emitting surface material is made of a special luminescent resin, finished with paint or adhesive sheets.
