The newly designed IOW centrifugal oil separator can significantly impact engine lifespan, oil change intervals, and many other long-term benefits within organizations by efficiently removing more harmful contaminants from lubricating oil than any other pressure-driven centrifuge in the world. The patented centrifugal oil separator from the IOW Group comes standard with a sludge monitoring system (separator control unit) and features a unique bowl disc technology that was previously used in conventional large centrifuges. The MTU series engines are installed on catamarans. This engine is a core brand of Rolls-Royce Power Systems, leading the world with high-efficiency diesel engines that meet the most stringent requirements. The manual for this engine also states that centrifuges are effective in extending the lifespan of transmission oil. Existing older centrifugal technology equipment has been replaced with the IOW centrifugal oil separator for improved engine efficiency and protection against contaminants in lubricating oil.
