Monitoring and managing manual assembly work! A case study demonstrating the safe assembly of 800V high-voltage batteries.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of 'nexonar' at Draxler Meyer, a manufacturer of high-end automotive parts. The company required a complete positioning system that does not produce errors, and the driver had to operate only when positioned correctly over the right screw. After trial implementation of the product, it received very high praise for its high positional measurement accuracy and the ease of handling a handheld driver, making it quickly accepted among operators as user-friendly. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - It is necessary to install screws on high-voltage batteries in the correct order and position. - It is necessary to flexibly tighten screws in vertical/horizontal directions with the specified driver. ■Implemented Product: Real-time positioning system "nexonar" ■Results: It was confirmed that all screws were installed according to specifications. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
