Solid-liquid separation / Drum screen for drainage and wastewater treatment "Mili Screen"
Equipped with a cleaning mechanism that is resistant to clogging! Capable of handling oily and sticky fluids! Suitable for all industries including meat, seafood, paper and pulp, chemicals (resins), and wastewater treatment.
The drum screen "Mili Screen" is a self-cleaning, internally-fed rotary screen. Fluid is supplied to the weir tank inside the screen by a pump or by gravity flow, and the supplied fluid overflows from the weir and flows into the inner surface of the screen. The screen drum itself rotates slowly in the opposite direction of the fluid flow, and due to this reverse shear effect, it effectively separates solids from liquids. It is constructed of 304 or 316 stainless steel, and a cover can also be installed to block aerosols, noise, and odors. 【Product Lineup】 ■ Mili Screen-B Series ■ Mili Screen-CI Series ■ Mini Mili Screen ■ Mili Screen P2–(Punching Plate) 【Examples of Applications】 ■ Meat processing plants ■ Food industry ■ Chemicals (resins) ■ Livestock ■ Paper and pulp ■ Seafood processing ■ Sludge and waste ■ Wastewater treatment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
