We would like to introduce a case of heat recovery from ship engines in ORC binary power generation. Zuccato Energia's ORC heat recovery system is compact and modular, making it ideal for integration during the construction of new ships or for retrofitting existing ones. By using the ORC module, one or more generators can be reliably replaced from fuel-based power generation to waste heat utilization power generation. 【Types of recoverable energy】 ■ Medium temperature (165°C) - For exhaust gases or cooling water from main engines and auxiliary engines, when the steam-utilizing heat recovery system is too small. ■ Low temperature (above 85°C) - When a steam-utilizing heat recovery system is already integrated into large engines or multi-engine units. ■ Energy recovery is further possible if the fuel does not cause low-temperature corrosion. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
