We would like to introduce a case study of the real-time positioning system 'nexonar' implemented at Folvia Forsia Co., Ltd. At the time, the reaction arm they were using was obstructing the production line, limiting the operator's movements and causing delays in work. Additionally, this positioning arm had mechanical play, making it very difficult to detect when the spacing of screws was narrow. After the implementation, we were able to provide the necessary work instructions to the operators during sheet assembly, significantly reducing quality-related issues.
