[EC Logistics and Shipping Agency Case Study] Company S

Focusing on product planning and promotions! Examples of increased EC sales and the successful launch of new brands.

We would like to introduce a case study of Company S, which has implemented EC logistics and shipping agency services for multiple online shops with different brands. The company determined that it would be difficult to handle promotional activities and the launch of new brands on its own for sales expansion, and consulted with us. After the implementation, the inspection process was shortened to one-tenth, allowing for immediate sales. Employees who were freed from incoming inspection and shipping tasks were reassigned to product planning, sales, and promotional activities, leading to an increase in sales. 【Case Overview】 ■ Challenge: It is difficult to handle all promotional activities and new brand launches in-house. ■ Effects: - The inspection process was shortened to one-tenth, enabling immediate sales. - Employees from incoming inspection and shipping tasks were reassigned to sales and promotional activities, resulting in increased sales. - Successfully relocated to an office that is about half the size of the previous one, reducing rent costs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
