Introducing a case where it became possible to understand the situation using a trend graph while being in the office!
We would like to introduce a case study of a company engaged in metal melting recycling that has implemented "e-Wireless Patrol." The company regularly conducted vibration measurements to detect abnormalities in the motors of dust collectors and the exhaust fans of melting furnaces. After implementation, constant monitoring of temperature and acceleration data allowed them to grasp the situation through trend graphs while remaining in the office. 【Case Overview】 ■ Issues Before Implementation - Measurement methods varied by person, leading to discrepancies, making it difficult to detect abnormalities even after checking the measured data. - It was cumbersome to regularly visit the site. ■ Benefits of Implementation - Constant monitoring of temperature and acceleration data enabled them to grasp the situation through trend graphs while remaining in the office. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
