We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the production management system "Leap Repetitive Production Type" at Hikari Seisakusho Co., Ltd. Before the implementation, there were issues such as being unable to grasp the current status of whether tasks were pending or completed, as the management of input and output forms was done by customer and person in charge. By implementing our production management system and visualizing the data, it became possible to understand the current status of each department and each person in charge, enabling information sharing.
