This water film dissipates static electricity, preventing the adhesion of powder to the film due to charging. The resin cover installed on the exhaust port of the non-woven fabric processing equipment had charged paper dust adhering to it. Frequent cleaning was necessary to maintain the aesthetics of the factory, but after applying Excel Pure to the cover, the amount of paper dust adhesion significantly decreased due to its anti-static properties. This made it possible to reduce the frequency of cleaning.
