CCS (Carbon dioxide Capture and Storage) is a technology that allows for the long-term and stable storage of CO2 by separating and capturing CO2 emitted from power plants and factories and injecting it underground. Additionally, CCUS (Carbon dioxide Capture, Utilization and Storage) refers to the effective utilization of the separated and captured CO2 for enhanced oil and gas production and other purposes. It is gaining attention as an effective technology for combating global warming.
